Dine out with mak - Pre mothers day celebration

Mothers day is 1 week away.. but my mum always will got bz with her canteen and all.. so.. Me & hubby decide to belanja mak early 1 week..

Since my mum wanted to find something for my brother wedding day.. We all when to Angsana.. and decide to dine in at the Pizza Hut.. which by the way are so packed with people!! Lucky my sister-Uda got a fren working there.. so we manage to get a table quite fast.. hehehe..

After a discussion between my father & representative from Salleh's family.. regarding how long the engagement duration would be.. how much the man side agree to give duit hantaran (dowry) .. they proceed on Sarung cincin ceremony. This is where the man mother or elder family member will sarung a ring to the girl's finger.

Adik Engagement Day - The preparation

As you all already know that my sister will be engaged this weekend.. Huh! Me & my hubby is bz like hell!!! huaaaa.. penat!

Since my sister still studying and got not much time to prepare stuff for her engagement day.. Me & my hubby decided to help her.. and for the last 2 month.. I've been preparing everything for my sister engagement day.. spending my weekend shopping & decorating all the necessary stuff..

This is hantaran for sisters fiance.. Me & my sister did this all.. all by our self! kalau ada sapa2 berhajat nak I buatkan hantaran.. I'll send the quotation later.. huhuhu..

And the mini pelamin.. is design by me.. but realise by my handy man - my hubby.. Thanks yang!!

This is my sister engagement baju kurung.. we bought it ready made at First Ladies at RM50. But I make it looks much more expensive with beading & sequence flowers..

My Weekend Journey - Sunday

2nd day of my weekend journey. Today journey with mission! To find a new 'shoes' for my Blacky Myvi..cayok!! Early morning (7am) we already make our move. Me, My hubby, my younger sister & her BF - Salleh.

Adeii.. still ngantuk lar.. but can smile :)

But why need to go so early? Because.. we wanted to have our breakfast at the Kluang Railway Station kopitiam. This place is famous with their old style preparing bread toast & coffee.. heaven! Still early morning the place already crowd with people!.. We have to stand outside & wait for next empty table.. adoiii.. sabar2..

After that, we make our move to find the 'new shoes' . Where are we heading? Batu Pahat lahhh.. This is the place where you can get a good quality 'car shoes' with very reasonable price! serious! Errr.. Car shoes = Sport rim :D

Jalan punya jalan.. survey punya survey.. we finally found the purrrfect 'shoes' for Blacky Myvi here at CT Auto Service.. Erk! CT? I have my own auto service shop meh? hahahah.. Not!!




Tada!!.. this is Blacky new shoes (rim) Boleh lah.. Suits my Blacky nicely.. Sapa pilih? Me lorr.. But only agree to buy it after approved by my hubby :D

Later that day, we all tired already.. lapar some more.. We decide to stop a while at Ayer Hitam on the way back.. and have our late lunch there. If already in Ayer Hitam.. You never buy crafty item there.. rugi! Ayer Hitam are well know place for craft item & also for hantaran craft. So, die2 I must buy something here.. :D

I Almost Got Blacky Accident!

I almost got my Blacky Myvi accident just now.. Huaaaaa.. Rasa nak nangis... :( But Alhamdullilah.. Nothing happen.. Stupid me! Dah tau rabun.. Driving without wearing my glasses!


The story is like this.. Me & hubby have to send Azrie (my hubby's nephew) off to Skudai. Azrie need to catch bus to KL by 11pm. We thought if keluar by 10.30pm would be just nice lah.. Skudai is not that far ma.. 15 minute dah sampai..


Who would know rite before 10.30pm heavy jam at Senai main road! What?? Police road blocks!!! Adoii.. that's means.. I have to drive lah.. My hubby got no driving licence ma.. and so this rabun pretty lady have to take the wheel..


Everything was ok all the way from Senai to Skudai.. Until i reached at front of MPJBT. I should have stay at the left lane before i can make my U turn under Tun Aminah's fly over.. But No! I rushed to over take a slow moving lorry infront of me.. & almost langgar road divider!!! huaaa... I cannot see clearly.. Lucky my hubby sempat shout to warn me. Apa lagi.. conner baring lah..

Me : .... silence...


Hahaha.. The most important thing.. We all ok.. My Blacky ok.. Alhamdullilah.. This is definitely a lesson for me.. Never drive without clear sight! or at least.. wear your spectical if you are rabun like me..

One Fun but Exhauting Saturday

What I did until got exhaust? Nope, I'm not working today.. Yes, I go jalan² with hubby.. Where? Let's see..

When to Al-Rajhi bank at Tmn Molek to settle some important thing. They open this Saturday & Sunday just for a good customer like me.

Afternoon
When for kite sightseeing at Pesta Layang², Pasir Gudang. So hot.. panas terik! me & my hubby cannot tahan melting under the sun.. Only spend 1+ hour there.

Late Afternoon
Begging my hubby to drop by awhile took me 2.5 hours actually at SSF. SSF is a home deco mart. They also have a lot of wedding craft item. I wanted to buy some ribbons for my sister's hantaran, so I should take only about 30 minutes rite?.

Funny things happen, who knows that I would be lost inside SSF gallery. Shame! Maybe my mind got blur in the fabulousness of their designs.. Iyerlah, org perempuan.. Sure like all the pretty things rite? Seriously, if you like decorating.. you definitely should go here & be inspired by their design.. It's so cantik you know!

Before dawn
Reached home.. lapar lah pulak.. But too tired already..Malasnya nak masak.. Take a nap for awhile.. wake-up and cook fried kuey tiaw for me & hubby.

Everything Happens With A Reason

Everything does happen with a reason. I believe it's already written by HIM that way.. Whether it's good or bad.. it does meant to happen.. It's a takdir (faith).. In Islam we believe in this.. It's call Qada' & Qadar (Decree and Destiny).

Yah, something (unfortunate) did happen to me & hubby last night. My hubby's nephew motorbike has been stolen! It's was parked at our front porch. This happens while I & my hubby went away to my mother's house and no one at home.

Imagine how scared I was when we found our front gate open wide & the bike missing! Ya Allah.. only god know how shaking my body at that time.. Terkejut!! We suspected the thief has targeted the bike quiet some time and just waited for the rite time.

Police report has been made that night by my hubby & his nephew. If we lucky enough, maybe we will get back the bike. But we never put high hope for that to happen. And this is what i told my hubby later that night.

" Tak perlah.. kita redha je. Ada hikmah di sebalik apa yang jadi ni"

Some One Else's Misfortune, My Gain

Have you ever come to a situation where "someone else's misfortune, your gain" ?. Good for you, bad for them. It couldn't be both, and yet it would seem to be, depending on your perspective.

This a lesson that I gain from somene else's misfortune..
Today, I when to Pejabat Agama Islam Johor to get Nikah application form for my brother. I went there with my mak, hubby & my bro's fiance - Zila. I happen to meet my bro-exgf over there as well.

Guess what she's doing here? She wanted to get divorce application form... Kesian dia.. Just got married about a year & just got a baby boy.. She has been cheated by her husband. He got married (2nd wife) behind her back. I felt sorry for her misfortune..

What I gain?
Well, the incident got me & my hubby thinking & thanking for what he have. Alhamdullilah.. we still have each other, we cherish our love everyday, we love our family so dearly & we hope we will never have to face the 'unwanted' decision ever.

Syukur, alhamdullilah.. Love you Yang!

BBQ on CNY nite

Remember not me & my family did a BBQ last month? Well, tonite we doing it again! My family love to BBQ kan?

Tonite menu is totally seafood. I already buy few fish & prawn yesterday and my mak marinate it for us.

My hubby bz BBQ-ing. My sis curik makan.. as usual..

As we grilling & BBQing.. we enjoying the view of firecracker played by my mak neighbours. It still CNY nite ma..

I got free holiday voucher!

Sister : Along! Ko nak voucher hotel free tak?

Me : Mestilah nak!

Sister : I got a call from Swiss Garden Hotel.. offer me this 3 days 2 nite stay at their place..

Me : Hey.. Where you got all the money? You using your study loan ah? I tell mak...

Sister : No lah you silly! The Swiss Garden Hotel giving this voucher to promote their hotel.. My celcom number happen to be the lucky one they called!

Me : Then you go lah.. what for offer to me plak? Wanted to make me jealous lah tu..

Sister : Its like this.. Yes i won the thing.. but I cannot claim it.. coz I'm below 25 years old. So, I ask them to give it to you.

Me : Boleh ker?

Sister : Boleh lah ni.. that's why I'm telling you now..

Me : Serious ker nih? yahooooo!!

Sister : But you have to claim the voucher your self at Ci**B**k tower. Bring abg (my hubby) along tau..

Me : OK! No problemo

So, I did claim the voucher later that evening. I've prepare mentally for any hidden agenda they might have since giving a free vacation its kinda fishy for me. Guess what.. they does have hidden agenda.. but don't worry I managed to over come it.. and I got the voucher anyway.. hahaha...

This voucher only valid withing 3 month after issued date.. Since I never when for honeymoon after my wedding day, I'm planning to use this voucher as our honeymoon get away... Maybe around March.. see lah how..

MARCH 08

My Manager leaving - Mr. KM Tai leaving the company. I've work with him since he was only a Senior Engineer. Felt sad that he decide to leave us. He is a very good leader to my SQE team. Support us & trained us to be better staff. I felt honour having the chance working with him. And I think Mr. Tai must be proud leaving behind a good memory & a good employee. I heard currently he work somewhere in China .. Good for you Mr. Tai!

My Best friend wedding - Aina & Ajeep. Both of them are my class mate. Believe it or not, me & my other gurlfrenz who responsible in match making of these two people.


My auntie wedding - Bibi Hasnah & Fadzil. Cik Bibi is my mak 3rd youngest sister out of her 16 siblings. Err.. I did the beading work for Cik Bie & her hubby's baju nikah. Now she's already 8 month pregnant..



My Best Leader leaving - Mr. Prabagaren young leader that has been the best leader that I ever meet in my entire carrier (up to now). He always sets his target high so that we push our self (SQE team) to the fullest in archiving the best for our work, team & self performance. Not to much if I say he has been among the popular bachelor in Flex Senai with good looks & loud voice. A good leader, good fren & carring brother to my SQE Team.. Really miss you lah bro.. Now he work in Penang in manufacturing field as a QA Manager.

My dept Technician leaving - Shahrizan has work with SQE team more than 1 year. He has given a very good support & gain much more knowledge from Flex Senai. Currently he's working at near by factory as Senior Technician. End of year 2008 he was bless with a new baby girl - Tahniah!

My Omar was stolen - My family lost our adobted child to his long lost birth mother. Omar Shah 6 years old, also known as Omar Rojek (nick given by my brother-Angah) was given to my mak by his own father ( father & mother devoced). He has been abused by his own step mother & step siblings for almost 5 years.

In 6 month under our care, Omar finally managed to recover from his trauma & able to talk, eat, sleep which he can't do all this while. Me & my family love Omar so dearly. Poor Omar.. his long lost birth mother denay our love & care for him and stole him away from us.. My mak cried when ever she remember Omar.. Tak per mak.. tuhan maha adil.. (...crying also...)

JULY 08

SQE Bowling Happy Time - After Praba, Mr. Tai & Shah leaving my team, things getting dull in my team. And so we organize this SQE bowling happy time every week to make sure our friend & team bonding didn't fade.. We did this until the last week before transfer to Flex PTP.

AUGUST 08

Last month at Flex Senai - SQE team confirm to be transfer to Flex PTP on 1st week of Sept. After 4 years service in this place.. It does make me sad to leave this place.. (huaaa.. )

First month at Flex PTP- We finally transfered to Flex PTP. We experience all the hard sweats to get used to this new environment.

My SQE Buka Puasa Buffet - 1st time I did initiate a gathering for my team since we transfered to PTP. We enjoy eating with resonable price at Good Hope Hotel.


My 29th Birthday - 15th Sept is my birthday (keep this date in your mind ahh). I celebrate my birthday with family & hubby (as usual). This year party was initiate by my 2 sister - Uda & adik.



OCTOBER 08

Hari Raya - This year I still celebrate Hari Raya at my parents house & my grany house. This is 2nd year I celebrate Raya as a wife. Maybe 2009 me & hubby will celebrate it at my in-law house in Sabah (huhuhu..)


My family Open House - Every year my family will organize an Open House for Raya. Since its 'economy crisis year' , we try to keep the celebration moderate but still meriah!
